Loan rates
This panel show how much interest will be charged for an outstanding loan. Interest is added at the end of a turn (after phase 7) and can only be repaid in Pay Salaries, along with any of the actual loan itself. If there is ANY outstanding interest, a Superpower can not trade with the Market in Buy or Sell.
