Navies

Navies are the basic attacking unit on water, and represent a fleet of ships.

Navies may be used in any naval or amphibious assault. They can also used to transport troops from one territory to another.

To remove a navy during combat, 3 points are required on the die roll, and 1 navy is removed for every three points rolled, however attackers and defenders can choose to attack boomers first. If this happens, and more than 10 points are rolled, one navy will be removed for every 3 points rolled above 10.
