Transport

Orders to move armies from one friendly territory to another, using navies as carriers, boomers may accompany the convoy. If a neutral sea/ocean is the final destination then that sea/ocean will be claimed at the end of the movement. Each navy can carry up to 4 armies, tanks can be carried instead of 2 army slots. Movement costs will be calculated automatically.
