Neutron Bombs
Neutron bombs are Inter-Continental Ballistic Missles, with a non-nuclear payload, designed to take out troops but leave companies intact.
They are purchased in build, once a superpower has achieved the necessary strategic technology level, for 500, 1 mineral.
Neutron bombs can be used for attacking with a launch warheads attack, or can be loaded onto a boomer and used for a launch boomer warheads attack.
Territories hit by a neutron bomb will be partially destroyed. Any visible boomers in the territory will be removed, up to 6 other troops in that territory will be removed from the game. Remaining companies and troops can be reclaimed by the Superpower who attacked the territory, or another Superpower who has strategic technology 5.
