Nukes
Nukes are Inter-Continental Ballistic Missles, with a nuclear payload.
They are purchased in build, once a superpower has achieved the necessary strategic technology level, for 500, 1 mineral and 1 nuclear material.
Nukes can be used for attacking with a launch warheads attack, a space blast, or can be loaded onto a boomer and used for a launch boomer warheads attack.
Territories hit by a nuke will be destroyed, and all companies and troops in that territory will be removed from the game.
