Coastal bombardment

Orders to attack hostile sea from land, or hostile land from sea. The technology level used is with the correspondent unit used, i.e. Naval for Navies and Army for land units. Tanks and boomers cannot attack or be attacked as part of this option. The surrender option is ignored for this attack, as no occupation of an enemy territory is possible with this attack. If the attack is successful, the attacker can claim the territory by occupying it in the redeploy phase. Movement costs are automatically calculated.
