Phase 7 - Acquire companies

This phase allows you to purchase a company from a list of 10 available companies. These will be displayed with their associated price, is a company is in a hostile territory it will be shown, but have no available price to purchase. You may purchase any you can afford. If the purchased company is in a neutral territory, that territory will become friendly.

The cost of a company can be worked out as follows:

 * $200 x each production point
 * $1,000 if the Superpower does not own the territory
 * $100 for each neutral army or navy in the territory
 * $500 for each neutral tank in the territory
