Satellite Offense

A satellite offensive is available to Superpowers with one or more K-Sats. When a satellite offensive is chosen, the Superpower has to select which Superpower to attack from the available list of Superpowers having who have satellites.

The attack sequence is as follows (attacks from both sides are resolved simultaneuosly):

 * Each K-Sat fires at the opposition with a 50% chance to hitting 
 * Each L-Star fires at the opposition with a 17% chance of hitting 

One satellite is removed from the opposition for each hit, with L-Stars being remove first.

The attacker then chooses whether to attack again or not.
