Missing in action
A player is considered missing in action (MIA) when they have been forced 3 times without logging into the game, or when they resign.
On or before turn 3 a player who is MIA will receive no score if they are knocked out of the game. The Superpower will also be listed as available for take over / revolution on the Game Queue page.
After turn 3 (or in World Cup games), the position is no longer available and will be scored normally.
