Space blast
Space blast is available to Superpowers with one or more Nukes. If a Superpower chooses to launch one or more nukes into space, each satellite (L-Star or K-Sat) has a chance to stop the warheads. Each L-Star blanket slot has a 40% chance of hitting one warhead, specific slots will not stop a space blast. Each K-Sat has a 40% chance of hitting one warhead. When all satellites have fired, if there are any warhead left, the satellites for **all** powers will be destroyed.
Space Blasts can not be used as a retaliation.
e.g. A single warhead is fired against 1 L-Star and 1 K-Sat owned by two different Superpowers |Rolls^1-40^41-100| ^1-40|2|1| ^41-100|1|0| i.e. there is a 36% chance that the warhead will not be shot down, and the attack will be successful. If two warheads were used, this chance would increase to 84%.
