Send message to superpower
This panel allows players to send messages between each other. Players should select the Superpower(s) to send the message to, and enter the text of their message. Messages entered here, are entered into the senders and receivers message log, if the receiver has set up any email addresses these will also receive a copy of the message.
Global messages
It is also possible to send messages to everyone in the game. This can be done by selecting the "Global" checkbox.
